Everybody

By Branden Jacobs-Jenkins

The Santa Fe Playhouse

In a contemporary re-imagining of the medieval morality play Everyman, an actor is summoned to die each night and is asked to bring a vague something with them that represents how they lived their life and why. Throughout the Everybody’s journey, we grapple with the inevitability of death and our destiny of discovering that journey alone.
